TransPeshawar says it aims to run Zu around 16 hours a day, from 6 am to 10 pm.

Stage (distance) fares. From 1 July 2025 every stage rose by Rs 10 under a KP Urban Mobility Authority notification; the minimum fare went from Rs 20 to Rs 30. Express routes run on a flat fare that was not increased. TransPeshawar does not list the full stage table on its fares page; a news report (TNN, 16 Jun 2025) gives stages up to Rs 70.
